Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance leader to drive performance, ensure safety and compliance, and lead teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties:

Operational Efficiency:

Monitor yields, efficiency, and costs; adjust staffing and schedules to meet production goals.

Safety & Ergonomics:

Promote a strong safety culture, implement programs, and address workplace hazards.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to sanitation, quality, and regulatory standards.

Training & Improvement:

Develop employees and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Leadership:

Coach and guide teams to achieve performance targets in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or mentoring team members or managing projects/processes Proficiency with business systems and tools such as ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Office Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%) Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
