We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to oversee shop operations, support technicians, and ensure customers receive exceptional service within a fast-paced heavy equipment environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support service technicians and shop personnel Oversee daily shop operations, workflow, and scheduling Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service Manage work orders, repair timelines, estimates, and invoicing Monitor productivity, efficiency, and recovery metrics within the shop Ensure repairs and operations meet safety and quality standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the department Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Qualifications Previous leadership experience within heavy equipment, diesel, or service operations Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities Proven ability to problem-solve and lead in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of shop operations, technician workflow, and service management systems Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership approach This is a great opportunity for a driven service professional looking to take the next step in their career with a company that values leadership, teamwork, and operational excellence.
