Service Manager — Estherville Chevy GMC | Coleman Auto Family Estherville, IA | Full-Time Are you a driven automotive professional who knows how to sell, lead, and deliver results? Coleman Auto Family is looking for a high-energy Service Manager to lead our team at Estherville Chevy GMC — and we're ready to invest in someone who's ready to win. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead and motivate a team of service advisors and technicians to hit — and exceed — monthly goals Drive customer pay revenue through strong maintenance menu sales and upsell processes Coach advisors on effective service writing, client communication, and vehicle walk-arounds Monitor key performance indicators: ELR, CP Hours per RO, and total fixed op gross Build lasting relationships with clients that keep them coming back Maintain a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement•
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven background in automotive service — advisor or management experience strongly preferred Strong sales instincts with deep knowledge of vehicle maintenance and service processes A natural leader who can motivate a team and hold a high standard Someone who thrives on metrics and knows how to move the needle Excellent communication skills — with clients, techs, and ownership alike A growth mindset and the hunger to be the best in the market•
