Description :
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance department. They will coordinate with executive management to ensure that all operations and repairs are complete.RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department Evaluate systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed Maintain and write internal company policies and procedures regarding property, equipment, and facilities Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance Coordinate and conduct scheduled maintenance audits of equipment Assess building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules Develop maintenance procedures and schedules Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner Maintain the inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment Research and cost compare new vendors for equipment, repairs, and building maintenance Provide recommendations for purchases of new equipment Maintain files of warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for various pieces of equipment Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations Assist with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects Organize and oversee the schedules and work of maintenance staff Conduct staff performance evaluations that are timely and constructive Perform other duties as assigned by executive managementSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
