We're looking for a Service Manager to join our team in Rock Valley, IA. Duties Oversee the daily operations of our service department. Lead and support a team of technicians to ensure top-notch customer service. Manage repair schedules, workflow, and service efficiency. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide expert service solutions. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Experience Proven experience in service management, perferably in agriculture or heavy equipment. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a team in a fast paced environment.
