Why you'll love this role Competitive starting pay Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, FSA) 401K with company support Generous paid time off and 9 paid holidays Ongoing training and career growth opportunities A collaborative, supportive team that values your expertise What you'll do Travel to multiple properties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems Take the lead on preventative maintenance to keep communities running smoothly Perform detailed inspections and identify improvement opportunities Train and mentor on-site maintenance teams Coordinate and oversee vendor work to ensure quality and efficiency Deliver excellent service and build positive relationships with residents and staff What you bring Ability and willingness to travel throughout Eastern Iowa 5+ years of apartment or multi-family maintenance experience (preferred) Strong skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and general repairs Solid problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills Comfort with basic computer systems and documentation Valid Iowa driver's license and current vehicle insurance Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Why Newbury Living?
