This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building teams, improving plant performance, reducing downtime, and driving operational excellence. What You'll Be Responsible For Leading plant maintenance, automation, utilities, wastewater, and engineering teams Driving TPM and Lean Manufacturing initiatives Improving equipment reliability and plant efficiency Managing MRO inventory, budgets, and spare parts programs Supporting capital projects and continuous improvement efforts Partnering closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams Developing engineers, technicians, and maintenance leaders Ensuring compliance with food safety, GMP, environmental, and safety standards Reducing downtime and improving overall plant performance What We're Looking For 8+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience 3+ years leading maintenance, technical services, automation, or utilities teams Food, dairy, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing experience strongly preferred Strong PLC and high-speed manufacturing equipment knowledge Experience with automation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and reliability programs Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma experience preferred Experience managing maintenance budgets and plant improvement projects Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Background Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Business, or related degree preferred HACCP and food safety knowledge
