Full Job Description Pay Range:
$6,000- 7,000 monthly salary (based on experience and certification) Grace Assisted Living is looking for Regional Maintenance Manager.
Job duties:
- Oversee our company Maintenance department, consisting of 9 locations and 12 employees.
- Implement, oversee and document preventative maintenance program for facility equipment.
- Provide training and oversight of subordinates for community ground maintenance including internal/external building repairs.
- Provide training and oversight for subordinates to ensure offices, and common areas, including carpet and furniture cleaning, removal of trash and upkeep of vinyl floors
- Provide training and oversight for subordinates to ensure apartments for move-in and completes refurbishing of units after move-outs
- Provide training and oversight for subordinates to ensure fire safety and emergency records required by regulations
- Observes problems, concerns, issues observed with resident units, the building and the grounds and communicates them to owner/administrator to find solutions to implement
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Relevant experience is required . Applicants must have 10 years or more of relevant experience. Must have experience in Maintenance AND Management. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office apps. Grace Assisted Living is an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.Job Type:
