Job Description
Maintenance Operations Manager Are you a hands-on leader who loves keeping operations running smoothly? At B&K Lawn and Landscape, we treat our customers' properties like they're our own. We're growing, and we're looking for a Maintenance Operations Manager to help lead our crews, raise the bar on quality, and make sure every customer gets great service. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations across multiple lawn maintenance crews Schedule and coordinate mowing and maintenance services Get out in the field regularly to check that properties are cared for to our standards Train, coach, and develop your team through feedback, accountability, and hands-on help Keep an eye on the numbers that tell us we're hitting our goals Work with customers to resolve concerns and build lasting relationships Build a team-focused culture rooted in communication, accountability, and problem-solving What We're Looking For 2+ years in operations management, ideally in landscaping or another service-based industry A knack for coaching, motivating, and holding people accountable Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment when things get busy Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable with technology Able to work flexible hours during peak season Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus How Success Will Be Measured Crews stay on schedule and routes run efficiently Properties consistently meet our quality standards in field audits Customers are happy, and concerns get resolved quickly Team members grow, stay engaged, and stick around Key operational targets are met or beat, season after season What We Offer Competitive wages Paid time off Opportunities for growth A management team that's genuinely invested in your success
