Job Summary:
Our Facilities Maintenance Lead is responsible for the function, appearance, and cleanliness of our facility buildings and grounds.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform facility maintenance and repairs in all areas including interior (manufacturing plant, office, bathroom, cafeteria) and exterior (parking lot, building, and grounds) Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our buildings and grounds Direct our building and grounds service vendors including janitorial, landscaping, and pest control Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues and enhancement opportunities
Job Requirements:
1+ years' experience as facilities maintenance in manufacturing facility Experience using company email and computer to manage facility work orders Electrical experience preferred Ability to communicate (written/verbal), read user manuals, and complete documentation in English Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to address facility maintenance issues efficiently

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour
