Field Technician with Experience | Crew Leader Potential Envy Lawn Care Auburn, IL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $18 - $22 an hour 5 days ago Benefits On-the-job training Qualifications Lawn care Landscape maintenance Direct client contact Mowing Driver's License Landscaping Full Job Description This is an Experienced Level Position on our Lawn Maintenance Team and offers the most flexibility but also offers the most advancement. Show us what you can do and your growth potential is limitless! You will be the main worker on the ground so expect manual labor in various weather conditions. You'll be under direct supervision of an assigned Crew Foreman and must follow directions from them & management . Daily expectations may include Reflecting the standards and expectations of the company Observe all company procedures and policies at all times Observe existing job notes and adding new notes as necessary Daily mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing of routed properties Seasonal pruning, trimming, and maintenance of landscape beds as needed Seasonal property clean ups and home services, including gutter cleaning and pressure washing Use of hand tools, mowing equipment, and heavy equipment as needed Other activities as temporarily or permanently assigned Requirements Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug screening Must be able to pass a physical and vision exam Must have reliable transportation to and from work every day Must be legally able to be employed in the United States Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License, if in a driving position Possess a valid checking or savings account upon employment acceptance Ability to lift 50 lbs or more on a daily basis Ability to interact professionally and respectfully with all clients, employees, and those from external organizations About the Company We are a quickly growing leader in the lawn care industry in central Illinois.
