This role is ideal for a motivated leader with strong mechanical expertise, excellent organizational skills, and a detail-oriented approach to shop operations. The Foreman will supervise technicians, coordinate daily workflow, assist with dispatching, manage warranty and CORS processes, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Experience with ASIST and other service management technologies is highly preferred. Responsibilities Supervise daily shop operations, ensuring timely and efficient completion of repairs and maintenance. Dispatch work assignments to technicians based on skill level, workload, and shop priorities. Monitor repair progress and provide technical guidance to technicians as needed. Manage and support warranty administration, CORS claims, and ASIST-related processes. Review work orders, repair documentation, and service records for accuracy and completeness. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic issues using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic software. Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications, company policies, and safety regulations. Conduct quality control inspections and verify repairs prior to equipment release. Maintain accurate records, inventory levels, and parts requirements while coordinating with Parts and Service departments. Mentor and develop technicians through training, coaching, and performance feedback. Foster a positive, productive, and safety-focused work environment. Qualifications 3-5 years of leadership or foreman experience in a heavy-duty diesel, truck, or equipment repair environment preferred. Extensive dealership or heavy-duty diesel repair experience required. Experience with dispatching shop workflow and technician scheduling preferred. Knowledge of warranty processing, CORS, and ASIST systems strongly preferred. Strong computer and technology skills, including experience with service management and diagnostic software. Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, HVAC, suspension, and brake systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics, service manuals, and technical documentation. Welding, fabrication, and equipment repair experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Why Join Us?
