Job Description

Is This You? Do you keep plants running safely and efficiently through proactive maintenance leadership? Can you guide a Maintenance Department and Tool Room while rolling up your sleeves when needed? Are you comfortable coordinating with utilities and environmental agencies and ensuring proper hazardous waste disposal? Do you insist that projects and installations meet specifications and that PM programs are executed relentlessly? If you answered yes, you might be our next Maintenance Operations Supervisor. What You'll Own Lead, direct, and support maintenance personnel performing equipment installation, facilities repair, and preventive maintenance. Perform regular plant inspections, assessing facility condition and the efficient use of space. Establish and sustain a preventive maintenance program to maximize reliability. Ensure compliant hazardous waste disposal; act as liaison with public utility, environmental, and energy agencies. Oversee construction and installation work for strict conformance to specifications; develop and coordinate specifications, proposals, contracts, and related documents. Coordinate building space allocation, layouts, and communication services. Assist with facilities equipment repair and PM activities as needed. How You'll Lead People Supervise team members in the Maintenance Department and Tool Room. Interview, hire, and train; plan, assign, and direct work. Evaluate performance, recognize achievements, and discipline when required. Handle employee concerns and resolve issues professionally.
