$40•50 per hour

JOB•6116 Maintenance Supervisor Aurora, IL What's in It for You? $40•50/hr Monday-Friday | Flexible start (6:00 AM-3:00 PM or 7:00 AM-4:00 PM) Overtime available with occasional Saturdays Medical benefits Relocation assistance available Leadership role with advancement opportunities Responsibilities Supervise a team of 8-10 maintenance employees Coordinate daily maintenance operations and preventive maintenance programs Schedule repairs, prioritize work orders, and ensure parts are available Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and diesel equipment Support equipment installations, shutdowns, and emergency repairs Coach technicians, promote safety, and improve equipment reliability Partner with production and operations to minimize downtime Qualifications Maintenance supervisory experience Strong diesel/vehicle maintenance background required Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment #LP
