Perla Foods is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager with hands-on experience in food manufacturing equipment, preventive maintenance, and technical team leadership. This role is essential to ensuring our production lines run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Equipment Operation & Reliability Maintain and operate production equipment, including tray sealers, labeling systems, inline metal detectors, and weighing systems. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Collaborate closely with the maintenance department to ensure timely repairs and equipment performance. Technical Leadership Lead all technical aspects of facility operations, ensuring optimal performance of machinery and systems. Manage and mentor a team of maintenance and technical staff. Support a culture of safety, continuous learning, and improvement. Quality & Safety Compliance Work directly with the Quality Assurance team to ensure products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. Uphold and strengthen food safety programs, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO compliance. Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Manage technical projects related to equipment upgrades, new installations, and production optimization. Data & Reporting Provide regular reports and performance metrics to senior management. Track maintenance KPIs, downtime analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.
