Seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across 1st and 2nd shifts in a manufacturing environment. This role will report directly to the Director of Manufacturing and serve as a key leader within the facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will manage a team of 14 technicians, along with an MRO Buyer and Planner, while driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Food manufacturing experience is highly preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.Job Duties:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities for maintenance personnel across multiple shifts Assign work orders, prioritize repairs, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues while remaining hands-on on the production floor Oversee preventative maintenance programs and drive reductions in downtime Coordinate facility, equipment, and building maintenance projects Manage outside contractors and vendors for maintenance-related work Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards Support employee development, training, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and KPI trackingQualifications:
