We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of our facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our building, equipment, and grounds remain safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents, staff, and visitors. Compensation $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience) Full-Time Position What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive, team-oriented work environment Stable, long-term employment opportunity Meaningful role supporting resident safety and comfort Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the facility Complete painting, drywall repair, and general building upkeep Troubleshoot and repair small equipment and facility systems Maintain the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the building and grounds Ensure exterior areas remain clean, safe, and presentable Coordinate with outside vendors for inspections and specialized maintenance, including: Fire alarm systems Sprinkler systems Kitchen hood systems Other required preventative maintenance services Respond to maintenance requests from staff and assist departments as needed Qualifications Experience in building maintenance and preventative maintenance programs Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repair Ability to troubleshoot facility and equipment issues Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment with residents, staff, and visitors Must pass background check and drug screening Why Three Springs Senior Living and Rehabilitation?
