Job Description

Imperial Realty Company is an industry leader in commercial real estate that is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance to join our growing Maintenance team! This is a non-union position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for the oversight of Commercial Building HVAC mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment systems, as well as preventative maintenance Handle day-to-day maintenance/engineering work orders and repairs Strong electrical and plumbing skills Ensure proper comfort conditions for tenants and common areas Our ideal candidate understands the mechanics of how commercial office buildings work and can deal professionally with building tenants and vendors Physical ability to do snow removal with snow blowers and/or shovels as well as handle exterior maintenance when needed Must be available after hours, carry a company cell phone and be a first responder for emergencies.
