HANDS-ON
maintenance, superior Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) and daily operations support to residential and commercial facilities in the MENA region. A licensed electrician and/or plumber would be a plus. To work in the capacity of an FM, we seek candidates whose core competencies include extensive experience with HVAC, plumbing, and other building maintenance competencies. MEP skills are critical for this role.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining the physical operations of one or multiple buildings, including a wide range of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and security/camera systems. Problem solver with the ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions as well as operate independently and without supervision or direction. Electrical work and generator maintenance. Work with building management systems.
Qualifications:
10+ years' experience with facility/building management operations, with proven expertise or certifications in one or more of the following areas: Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing. Working knowledge of project management, vendor/client engagement, logistics, budgeting, cost estimating, and loss prevention. Interested in traveling on rotations and/or relocating to the Middle East or North Africa Arabic language fluency is a plus but not required. Prior international work experience preferred/desired. Compensation Commensurate with experience; Overseas Expat package to include:
