How you'll make an impact in this role Lead daily maintenance and facility operations within a skilled nursing environment, ensuring compliance with CMS regulations, Life Safety Code standards, OSHA requirements, and state/federal healthcare guidelines. Oversee preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, emergency systems, generators, and building equipment to support regulatory readiness and resident safety. Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance staff while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, customer service, and operational excellence within the nursing home setting. Partner with leadership during surveys, audits, and inspections while maintaining documentation, vendor coordination, and facility standards to ensure ongoing compliance and uninterrupted facility operations. Registration:

Certification specializing in Healthcare Facilities preferred. Contractor specializing in Plumber preferred. Engineer preferred. Journeyperson preferred. Journeyperson specializing in Plumber preferred. Maintenance Professional preferred. Plumber specializing in Journeyman preferred.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency and 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree and 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
