Pay Rate:
Annually We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to lead our Maintenance Team. This position must work with and around our senior population while following state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications:
Must have verifiable experience in painting, floor care, small plumbing and electrical Be able to lead a team effectively and efficiently Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
