In this visible, Subject Matter Expert (SME) role, you will lead the scheduling, parts inventory, and planning of all maintenance workflows to maximize production uptime. Role Highlights

    $30.00
  • $40.00/hour (DOE) ...
  • Schedule:
    Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM

    Take full ownership of the maintenance system and drive continuous improvement strategies. What you'll do
  • Scheduling:
    Build daily/weekly maintenance schedules and lead planning meetings to minimize production downtime.
  • Inventory & Purchasing:
    Generate purchase orders for vital machinery parts, negotiate pricing, and manage the parts room inventory.
  • PM Programs:
    Develop, implement, and audit Preventive/Predictive Maintenance tasks with technicians.
  • Data & Documentation:
    Serve as the SME for the plant maintenance system, tracking labor hours, job costs, and technical manuals/schematics. What you'll need
  • Experience:
    7+ years in maintenance supervision or technical maintenance planning.
  • Education:
    2-year technical degree (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Technical Skills:
    Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude; ability to read blueprints and equipment schematics.
Business Skills:
Proficient in cost analysis, budgeting, and professional communication across all levels (shop floor to external vendors).
