We're looking for an Experienced Groundskeeping Supervisor to take charge of mowing, trimming, and full‑service lawn maintenance operations. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, leads by example, and knows how to keep a crew efficient, safe, and on schedule. Position Overview As our Groundskeeping & Lawn Maintenance Foreman , you will lead a grounds crew of 2-3 laborers, manage daily routes, and ensure all work meets our high standards of quality and professionalism. You'll also oversee equipment care, maintain detailed records, and communicate directly with clients or project managers. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations for mowing, trimming, and lawn maintenance Lead and mentor a crew of 2-3 laborers in best practices, equipment use, and safety Manage assigned maintenance accounts and ensure timely, high‑quality completion Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify needs Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines Service and maintain equipment , trucks, and trailers weekly Ensure safe job‑site practices and compliance with environmental regulations Complete routes efficiently within or under allotted time Snow removal during winter seasons Required Experience & Qualifications 2+ years supervising a groundskeeping or lawn maintenance crew for a professional company Valid driver's license Strong organizational skills for scheduling, routing, and record keeping Excellent communication skills for leading teams and coordinating with clients Ability to work 40+ hours per week depending on workload Comfortable in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment What We Offer Training pay during onboarding 30‑day probation period Holiday pay Weekends off Production bonus opportunities A supportive team culture focused on excellence and growth Why Join Us?
