$90K-$115K Position Overview The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring that all machinery and equipment operate efficiently and safely. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and execution of maintenance processes to support production goals and minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance. Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and training as necessary. Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and emergency repair work on all equipment. Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with production managers to minimize equipment downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Ensure proper inventory of maintenance supplies and materials. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting. Excellent management and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial setting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
