Long term Contract

Full-time. This could end up being 2nd or 3rd shift. 2nd shift Hours 2 pm-10:30 pm; 3rd shift hours (9:30
6) with occasional OT as needed. Should be able to work overtime when needed. Please submit candidates who are open to either shift.
Open to recent grads if they are able to help work with skilled trades on the floor.
Metatarsals required from day one

Supervisor
Will spend most of the time supervising skilled trades and helping them
Work with Maintenance Senior Maintenance Team Leader to assure maintenance organization maintains cost structure line.
Will be responsible for preforming weekly preventive maintenance audits to increase visibility and maintenance effectiveness.

SAP experience
Experience with unions/maintenance/safety highly preferred
background in engineering also preferred
Must be able to lead a team of union skilled trades that includes pipe fitters. Electricians, and R5s (mechanics)
Active engagement in Maintenance Safety Culture.
Experience with leading/supporting preventive maintenance program.
