  • Full-time Job Overview Our Automotive group is seeking a reliable & detail-oriented Building Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and operations of multiple dealership locations.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, proactively identifies issues, and can independently manage repairs while coordinating with outside vendors when needed. The Maintenance Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all facility-related needs, ensuring each location is safe, clean, and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of buildings and grounds to identify safety hazards and maintenance needs Perform general maintenance and repairs, including patching, painting, and minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work Maintain dealership grounds, including lawn care and seasonal upkeep Oversee and maintain car wash systems Ensure shop equipment is properly maintained and in working condition Coordinate and manage third-party vendors for specialized repairs and services Perform snow removal, including plowing, and be available for extended hours during winter weather events Respond to urgent maintenance issues and emergency call-ins as needed Complete additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license, with clean driving record 5+ years experience in building maintenance Strong working knowledge of general building maintenance, mechanical systems, and safety practices Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and complete repairs independently Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and machinery Ability to climb ladders and lift/move heavy objects regularly Willingness to work in various weather conditions Flexible schedule with availability for overtime and emergency situations Eagerness to learn and expand skill set
