This is currently a first shift position, and you must be willing to work every other weekend. At this time the hours are

FIRST SHIFT

Responsibilities Include:

Perform routine maintenance on commercial coolers and freezers Maintain all power equipment: forklifts, scissor lifts, etc Inspect and replace air filters on rooftop HVAC units as part of scheduled preventive maintenance Welding Electrical Maintain fire prevention equipment Complete regular safety checks Utilize "total cost" thinking; maintaining existing equipment, timely repairs, and effective preventative maintenance Manage excess and/or obsolete equipment Provide oversight of our facilities cleaning and maintenance Manage recycling and waste disposal Oversee the building grounds/property Create safe and secure facilities Coordinate modifications and additions to facilities What you bring to the team: Our ideal candidate has an industrial maintenance background and is eager to utilize their "Jack Of All Trades" skillset! This person should be able to manage multiple projects at one time and prioritize based on the stated needs of the Store Manager.
