EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION

: Part-time hours are about 5-10 per week; however, the church will work around your availability.

Salary:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour salary is negotiable depending upon experience

DESCRIPTION

: The Maintenance Director works with the Pastor and church leadership to keep the church building safe and well maintained through routine and consistent management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in basic carpentry, painting, electrical and plumbing. Knowledge of repair trades, purchasing procedures, janitorial and painting procedures with experience in commercial building maintenance or related trades. Ability to monitor the physical building and grounds to ensure the highest standards and communicate to the church's leadership when something is not working properly. Ability to communicate with the church's leadership, external vendors and contractors when problems and/or routine maintenance checks arise.

Pastor and Property and Ground church liaison.
