Maintenance Director 516 W Frech St, Streator, IL 61364 Full-time Full-time Maintenance Director Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Director to join our team at Parker Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Streator, Illinois. As a key member of our facility's support staff, the Maintenance Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our building and equipment. Responsibilities Maintenance and Repair :
Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Facility Maintenance :
Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the facility's interior and exterior spaces.
Equipment Maintenance :
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery, including generators, pumps, and other mechanical systems.
Supervision :
Supervise and train maintenance staff and contractors as needed.
Budgeting and Scheduling :
Manage and maintain budgets and schedules for maintenance projects and repairs.
Safety and Compliance :
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and health regulations, and maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
