Maintenance Supervisor 3rd Shift

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our plant operations through effective management of maintenance processes and personnel. Responsibilities Supervise and lead the maintenance team to perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities. Oversee the troubleshooting, repair, and installation of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and high/low voltage systems. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals related to industrial equipment. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades, equipment replacements, or process improvements. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including proper handling of high voltage and electrical systems. Coordinate with production departments to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance schedules. Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and reporting purposes. Train and mentor maintenance staff on technical procedures, safety protocols, and best practices in industrial maintenance. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance supervision with a strong background in mechanical, electrical (including high/low voltage), and HVAC systems. Demonstrated management skills with supervisory experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment. Technical proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, Ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking. Knowledge of maintenance management principles including preventive/predictive maintenance strategies. Strong project management skills to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills in English for effective team coordination and reporting. Ability to interpret technical schematics and wiring diagrams accurately. Leadership qualities with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Qualifications:

Must be able to see color vision , specifically the ability to perceive a wide range of colors accurately and distinguish minimal variations in color. Must be able to communicate in English Strong problem solving skills Ability to work within a team setting Must be able to demonstrate understanding health and safety compliance training programs and departmental work instructions that are written in English High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands:

Lift up to 50 lbs Work in awkward positions including lying on back and working overhead, pulling wire overhead Must be able to climb ladders up to 20 feet and on top of equipment, in a safe manner, when needed.
