  • Full-time Overview ILT Vignocchi is a full-service Landscape Design and Construction firm in Wauconda, Illinois.
We are looking for an experienced maintenance superintendent who is a motivated, hardworking individual with a passion to succeed, an eye for detail, and a desire to grow within our company. This individual will supervise & coordinate the activities of the maintenance landscaping team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing training & guidance. Landscaping Maintenance Superintendent Responsibilities
  • Operate within the guidelines of ILT Vignocchi company policies.
  • Ensure execution of work meets the quality of standards per the scope of the contract.
  • Conduct site quality inspections.
  • Respond in a timely manner to all site quality issues and involve the Operations Manager as needed.
  • Communicate all occurrences of site problems to the Account Manager.
  • Ensure maintenance crew leaders/members operate within the guidelines of ILT Vignocchi company policies.
  • Assist with preparation and execution of performance reviews for all crew leaders.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and related functions in a timely manner including timesheet recaps, purchase orders, and job specific paperwork.
  • Attend and participate in and/or facilitate meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Approve crew timesheets in LMN business software for landscapers.
  • Aid in snow removal operations.
  • Assist with recruiting new personnel. Requirements
  • Superintendent experience is a plus
Landscaping:
3 + Years
  • Experience using Outlook and LMN business software for Landscapers is a plus.
  • Bilingual/Spanish speaker is a plus.
Valid Drivers License Job Type:
