Lead Fabricator / Shop Foreman (Channel Letters + Production + Installation)

We are a fast-growing, full-service sign company looking for a lead fabricator / shop foreman to take full control of production — especially channel letters, fabrication, and shop workflow . This is not a helper role. We are looking for someone who can: Run the back of the shop Take ownership of jobs from start to finish Keep production moving without being managed What You'll Be Responsible For Full fabrication of channel letters (front-lit, reverse-lit, raceways) Managing shop workflow and prioritizing jobs Reading drawings and turning them into finished products Overseeing materials, build quality, and timelines Assembling and wiring illuminated signage Operating CNC, bender, saws, and fabrication equipment Supporting installs when needed (but primary focus is shop) Keeping the shop organized and efficient What We're Looking For 5+ years experience in sign fabrication (required) Strong experience with channel letters (REQUIRED) Can work independently and make decisions without waiting Knows how to keep jobs moving and solve problems on the fly Experience with illuminated signage and basic electrical Leadership mindset — can take ownership of the shop Experience running or leading production is a big plus Bucket truck experience is a plus Important This role is for someone who wants to take control and run production . If you need constant direction or prefer to just be told what to do — this is not the right fit.
