Responsibilities Lead and motivate the service team to achieve operational goals, uphold quality standards, and deliver outstanding customer experiences Manage daily service department operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource allocation Oversee vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance procedures ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards Drive upselling initiatives by recommending additional services such as oil changes, alignments, brake repairs, transmissions, shocks & struts, tire services, engine repairs, air brakes, suspension work, and auto body repairs Ensure accurate auto estimating and service writing to facilitate transparent communication with customers Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolve concerns promptly, and promote customer loyalty through exceptional service Monitor inventory levels for parts and supplies; manage cash handling procedures accurately Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and dealership policies while continuously improving operational efficiency Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong background in auto service management Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical repair, and vehicle maintenance procedures Skilled in upselling automotive services to maximize revenue opportunities Experience working with various systems including auto estimating software and service writing tools Deep understanding of automotive systems such as transmissions, oil changes, brake systems, alignments, suspensions, tire services, engines, shocks & struts, air brakes, and auto body repair Mechanic experience preferred to better support technician collaboration and quality assurance Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Strong leadership abilities to manage a diverse team of technicians and support staff effectively Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining high integrity standards Knowledge of automobile sales processes is a plus but not required Join us as we drive excellence in automotive care! $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
