As Plumbing Manager, you will oversee all plumbing operations for Flow Tech's Indiana locations. You'll be responsible for building and leading a skilled team of plumbers and plumbing technicians while ensuring consistent, five‑star service delivery. This role blends leadership, recruiting, operational oversight, and customer experience excellence. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, and develop plumbers and plumbing technicians to support department growth in the Indiana market Lead day‑to‑day plumbing operations with a focus on efficiency, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction Partner with dispatch and leadership to optimize scheduling and job flow Set clear daily expectations and motivate the team through consistent, positive leadership Establish performance standards, accountability measures, and ongoing coaching Ensure exceptional service across plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and water heater replacements Uphold Flow Tech's service standards, values, and customer‑education approach Monitor department performance and continuously improve operational results What You Bring Proven experience leading a plumbing team or managing a plumbing department is preferred; however, we welcome strong leaders with demonstrated success in operational or field service leadership roles.
