We're looking for a dependable leader who takes pride in maintaining safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for spaces for residents and staff. What You'll Do Supervise maintenance, grounds, and laundry operations
Oversee preventative maintenance and daily repair needs
Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and building maintenance
Coordinate landscaping, snow removal, and grounds care
Maintain inventory, budgets, and maintenance documentation
Partner with vendors and contractors when needed
Lead a strong, service-focused maintenance team Qualifications 2-3 years of maintenance management or supervisory experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and repair skills
Experience with maintenance equipment and building systems
