We are looking for someone with strong maintenance and renovation experience who can manage projects efficiently, coordinate vendors and contractors, and help ensure units are completed on time and ready for occupancy.
Responsibilities:
Oversee apartment renovations, unit rehabs, and property improvement projects Coordinate renovation schedules and timelines Manage contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met Assist with unit turns and make-ready processes Monitor project progress and assist with budget control Order and coordinate materials and supplies Troubleshoot maintenance-related issues including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, and appliance installation Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards Travel between properties as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of maintenance, renovation, construction, or property management maintenance experience preferred Experience with apartment renovations and unit turns strongly preferred Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, flooring, and appliance installation Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Computer literacy required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Frequent walking, bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, crouching, and lifting Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Additional Information:
