ABOUT US
Off Leash Construction is a growing residential construction and maintenance company serving the greater Indianapolis area. We partner with property managers across the metro to handle 10-15+ work orders daily — everything from routine repairs to full property turns. We're looking for someone to lead and grow that side of the business.
THE ROLE
You'll own our maintenance operations. That means managing the day-to-day workflow, building relationships with property managers, and growing our maintenance revenue. This isn't a desk-only job and it's not a field-only job — it's the person in between who keeps everything moving.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Property Manager Relationships — Be the primary point of contact for our PM partners. Build trust, handle escalations, and grow accounts Scheduling & Dispatch — Coordinate our in-house techs across daily work orders, ensuring jobs are assigned, scheduled, and completed on time Invoicing & Price Books — Manage pricing, generate invoices, and keep our systems accurate in Housecall Pro Team Leadership — Delegate work orders, hold techs accountable, and ensure quality standards are met Business Growth — Identify opportunities to expand maintenance volume with existing and new property management partners Systems & Reporting — Keep our tech stack current (Housecall Pro daily), track KPIs, and flag issues before they become problems
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Based in the Indianapolis/Fishers area (this is not remote) Computer proficient — you'll live in Housecall Pro, email, and scheduling tools daily Experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field Strong communicator who can manage relationships with PMs, techs, and leadership Organized and self-directed — you'll own this department Construction or trades knowledge is a plus but not required if you can learn fast
