Oversee two maintenance supervisors, one maintenance planner, one parts coordinator, one PLC Engineer, two PLC technicians, and 8-9 maintenance technicians
Lead and manage all CAPEX projects from planning through execution (budgeting, scheduling, project management) Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree preferred
Demonstrated experience in heavy metals manufacturing environments
Proven track record managing CAPEX projects from conception to completion
