This community is home to over 400 apartment residences, and is one of the premier assets in our company's portfolio. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing the staff to ensure smooth maintenance operations and superior upkeep of the property. A successful Maintenance Supervisor must be reliable, budget-conscious, have a great eye for detail, have strong leadership capabilities, and be able to manage the workload requisite with maintaining a large apartment property. He/she must have technical skills and knowledge of various trades including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, paving, roofing, and landscaping. It is our expectation that buildings, grounds, and common areas will be maintained in the best possible condition.
