  • Full-time Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our skilled maintenance team in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our manufacturing equipment and facility.
This role is critical in supporting our production goals and maintaining our high standards of performance. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery and facility issues Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies Train and mentor team members Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership role Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
Previous experience in automotive manufacturing Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) Technical certifications or trade school completion
