  • 12:00amWe are growing quickly and are looking for a Maintenance Technician Expert to support and strengthen our maintenance organization.
As our operations continue to expand, we are investing in technical leadership to improve equipment reliability, enhance maintenance processes, and support a wide range of production systems that must meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

In this role, you will serve as a technical authority and an extension of management, coaching mechanics, leading problem solving activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. You will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and play a critical role in ensuring equipment uptime, safety, and operational excellence.

What You Will Be DoingLead and coach maintenance mechanics, reinforcing technical standards and best practices.

Drive root cause analysis, safety reviews, and continuous improvement activities across the plant.

Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using blueprints, manuals, parts catalogs, and diagnostic tools, capable of generating accurate parts lists and pricing.

Train mechanics on equipment operation, processes, and CI tools.

Participate in improvement initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, UPS, and breakdown elimination.

Maintain strong housekeeping, GMP compliance, and safe work practices in the maintenance shop.

What You Need for This PositionAAS in Industrial Maintenance or 5 plus years of hands on maintenance experience.

Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.

Experience with electrical circuitry, including motor repair and replacement, logic controls, and process troubleshooting.

Continuous Improvement of mechanical equipment and processesExpert in shop tools such as Lathes, Mills, PdM tools
