Maintenance Manager:
As a Maintenance Manager, you'll manage all maintenance operations within the facility, including preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability initiatives, and leadership of maintenance personnel. You will play a critical role in supporting production efficiency, minimizing downtime, and driving operational excellence.
Maintenance Manager Duties Include:
Leading and developing maintenance and technical teams within a 24/7 manufacturing environment Managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime Overseeing troubleshooting and repair efforts for automated manufacturing equipment Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and reliability Monitoring maintenance KPIs including downtime, PM completion, and equipment performance Collaborating with operations and engineering teams to improve plant performance Managing maintenance budgets, inventory, and outside vendor relationships Assisting with capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Supporting root cause analysis and corrective action implementation What We're Looking for in a
Maintenance Manager:
5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing Experience within high-speed production or automated manufacturing environments Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance programs Experience with PLCs, conveyors, motors, pumps, and industrial equipment CMMS experience preferred Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Continuous Improvement experience is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree preferred but not required depending on experience
