Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our Residential Substance Use Treatment team . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate mechanical knowledge. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall functionality and safety of our facilities. This role with oversee houisekeeping and security and will be responsible for training and hiring staff. Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
  • Oversee and supervise maintenance projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
  • Assist in residential facility improvement projects as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed.
  • Conduct new employee training, oversee housekeeping and security departments Requirements
  • Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general mechanical repair is essential.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to safety practices and procedures in all aspects of work.
