Coordinate maintenance functions with other departments. Use work order system to assign work to maintenance staff and track work orders. Assist with scheduled, non-scheduled, and emergency utility outages. Assist in creation of procedures. Assist with monitoring of compliance with regulatory agencies (State Department of Health, OSHA, NFPA, and current accrediting agency). Coordinate/manage purchase orders for maintenance.QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED- Required Associate's Degree Engineering or related field
- Preferred 5 years Relevant engineering or construction field
- Required 5 years Relevant hospital maintenance or construction
- Required 10+ years Relevant hospital maintenance or construction
- Preferred Trade License
- Preferred Lean Six Sigma
- Green Belt
- Preferred Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM)
- American Hospital Association Certification Center
- Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Project Management Institute
