About the Role As a Maintenance Lead, you will drive operational excellence by overseeing the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of complex industrial machinery. You will play a critical role in optimizing equipment uptime and fostering a culture of safety and high performance within the technical team. Responsibilities Direct and mentor maintenance personnel to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols. Optimize production efficiency by proactively managing equipment maintenance schedules and resolving technical bottlenecks. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement cost-saving initiatives and improve overall facility performance. Manage daily shift operations by effectively allocating resources and responding to urgent maintenance requirements. Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs, service logs, and maintenance activities to ensure regulatory compliance. Foster a collaborative environment by providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to support team development. Qualifications Required Skills High School diploma or equivalent. 8+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance environments. Proven technical proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity. Preferred Skills Demonstrated ability to manage workflows across varying operational shifts. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
