Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, efficient, and reliable environment by overseeing all aspects of maintenance, facilities management, and technical operations. Duties Supervise daily maintenance activities across the facilities operations, ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks Lead troubleshooting efforts on complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, utilizing schematics and technical manuals for diagnostics Oversee the installation, calibration, repair, and replacement of industrial equipment, including motors, pumps, and high/low voltage electrical systems Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or equipment upgrades with internal teams or external contractors while adhering to safety standards Train and supervise maintenance technicians in mechanical knowledge, electrical safety procedures (including high voltage), and proper use of tools Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards by conducting regular inspections and risk assessments Experience Proven management experience supervising (maintenance teams, preferably) within manufacturing or industrial environments Hands-on electrical experience with low voltage and high voltage systems; familiarity with schematics and electrical diagrams Strong mechanical knowledge related to industrial machinery, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure Project management experience is a plus Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills in English; capable of supervising diverse teams effectively Knowledge of industrial safety protocols Join us to lead a dedicated team committed to maintaining operational excellence!
