About the Role This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained to support a high-quality member and program experience. The Properties Director oversees daily maintenance operations, facility systems, staff, and vendor relationships across assigned locations, while also contributing to overall branch operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires balancing technical expertise with leadership and operational oversight. QUALIFICATIONS

Technical education in related field is preferred. Minimum 3 - 5 years maintenance experience is required. Pool maintenance is strongly preferred. Certified Pool Operator or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire. Supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Adept computer skills. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
