Job Description

Overview:
Zippy Property Maintenance is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day maintenance operations across a growing rental portfolio in Indiana and Michigan. You will oversee field technicians, manage work orders, and ensure every job is completed right and on time.
Duties:
Supervise and direct maintenance technicians across multiple property locations Manage, prioritize, and track work orders across the portfolio Install and repair drywall, cabinets, doors, and windows Perform paint, carpet, and flooring repairs and installations Perform light electrical work including outlets, switches, ceiling fans, and fixtures Perform light plumbing including toilets, vanity sinks, and faucets Communicate job updates and completion status to ownership
Experience:
3+ years of maintenance, construction, or trades experience required Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Pay:
$30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
