Maintenance Manager Wage:

- Lead and coordinate all maintenance personnel responsible for mechanical and electrical equipment repairs
- Maximize equipment uptime while improving productivity, efficiency, and product quality
- Promote and enforce all plant safety policies and maintain a strong safety culture
- Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs
- Coordinate machine overhauls and major maintenance activities with production to minimize downtime
- Identify and implement improvements to maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and overall plant performance
- Recruit, train, mentor, evaluate, and develop maintenance team members while managing performance and disciplinary actions as needed
- Partner with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of equipment and facility issues
- Collaborate with plant leadership to plan and execute capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and manage the annual maintenance department budget
- Oversee facility maintenance operations to ensure the building and infrastructure remain safe and operational Requirements for
Maintenance Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- At least 3 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred
- Experience with printing or converting equipment, including PMC, Bobst, or Man Roland machinery, is a plus
