Here's what it takes to make yours count. 1+ years in a supervisor role HVAC certification strongly preferred CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and participate in daily maintenance operations for a multi-unit residential community Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff Ensure timely completion of work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems Maintain property appearance, safety, and compliance with all regulations Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets Respond to emergency maintenance issues as required More Than Just a Paycheck.
